Marshmallow has ruined my V10. I'm getting this error every second: "Unfortunately, the process process.android.media has stopped."
I can't get to the settings app to do the steps required to fix. I'm afraid I'm going to have to reset. I am very disgusted with LG/T-Mobile right now.

Have you tried the other usual fixes like rebooting first? Updates will always make a phone act very wonky so most usually go factory reset after completing the update process.

Yes.
Have you tried booting into safe mode and see if you can get into settings?
Yes.
Unfortunately, LG doesn't allow direct access to settings from safe mode nor does it allow a cache wipe there. The only solution was a reset. Not a good experience at all.
Cache wipe is done in settings under storage. It's the only thing I did after my update.

Yes, however the error message was happening every second, which meant I couldn't get the settings app to function to get to the cache wipe. On my device, Marshmallow = DOA ---> RESET REQUIRED.
Did you back up with LG Bridge? If so, it will save tons of time.
Did a reset stop this error from happening?
Nope. Wasn't even aware of it.
LG Bridge is a superb bit. Not fancy, but does exactly what it's supposed to do. Mac or Windows. It's WAY better than Samsung Kies.
They could add music syncing to it; that would bring it up to the level of the Blackberry desktop software, which was ALWAYS a great bit.
I agree. LG Bridge works great. I just wish it wouldn't take forever to load on Windows 10.
