Better go out and get that NoteApparently my replacement was delivered this morning to my "local store". Didn't get any kind of update that it was delivered though. Reached out to TMo help on Twitter to get the tracking number. That's how I found out.

My box only has the black square. I checked the imei number and it checked out fine
Just a heads up, you've scribbled out the physical numbers but the barcodes still read and your IMEI and other information is still very readable
Gave you? Those headphones are yours, not theirs.When I exchanged mine, I just exchanged the phone itself and the store didn't care. Rep even gave me the pair of headphones that came in the case of the replacement.

I chatted with a TMo rep yesterday. They said that, as of now, they are only replacing N7's through in-store exchange. They are not yet shipping replacement N7's to homes for exchange. The retail store exchange doesn't work for me since it usually takes me at least 2 days to get everything transferred from my old phone to my new one and feel confident I didn't miss anything. Hopefully the logjam will clear soon and they'll start shipping replacements to homes rather than just stores.

Can't you backup all of your files to a computer? Once downloaded to your computer, you have everything at your disposal.
Your apps will be in the Play store and you can selectively install them any time.
What takes 2 days to transfer?
I got my replacement the box has the square but is not the"V2" version I did the update and checked my imei and it checked out fine should I be concerned?![]()

i had to do the same .i got a text when i ordered replacement.i received a second text when it shipped thats it.no Emails.no tracking delivery or shipper info.i called T mobile they couldnt tell me anything more .I got on twitter used Tmobile help.person was great confirmed my info on my acct and within a few moments she told me ups gave me tracking info and that it would be delivered today by 3pm.Sure enough went on ups tracked it got a text from ups it was delivered at noon.
