I have National Geographic on my tv while i'm just organizing mp3 files on my computer and I **** you not the TBolt commercial comes on every damn break. I literally have seen or heard it like 5-6 times in 3 hrs already. What the fuk VZ!

VZW has been good to me. So I'll not bash them at all. I emailed them a while ago to ask if they could change my NE2 date up so I could get the Droid X. This is before I decided on the TB.

The rep emailed back, moved my NE2 up a month. He just called today to ask if I needed help ordering the Droid X. I told him I appreciate his service and that I'm waiting for TB

So, while this release is frustrating, I still have only good things to say about VZW. Their customer service has always been helpful and nice. Plus good coverage.

Same here! All my retail and customer service experiences with VZW have been excellent. I only do not share the same feelings for corporate VZW.

Well, Best Buy DID say "mid-February" in their official statement and they DID start taking pre-orders. And that is what got us all worked up leading only to diappointment. If it had not been for Best Buy, we would not have been so frustrated.

But again, there is nothing we can do about it. Besides waiting!!

And not to mention it's aluminum also. I would never pay 700 bucks for a plastic phone lol. Can you imagine if VZ sold the storm 1 for 700 bucks then made customers deal with the problems it had? That would suck. I understand they can't say a date because they don't have one yet. But we at least deserve updates on what's going on. Geez.

No, I am not saying it is entirely Best Buy's fault. I have mentioned many times in the forums that I strongly believe Best Buy did not go ahead with the preorders or the ads without a green light from VZW. But at the last moment something went wrong or for whatever reason, the release was pushed back and all hell broke loose (here in the forums and on VZW's FB page)

I was just pointing out to the fact that if there were no indication of a Febrary release, this madness would not have started.

Fedex Freight handles items that are 150+ lbs. A freight driver wouldn't deliver say... 18 6oz phones to a verizon store.

Picked up an LG Accolade to serve as a stand-in phone until I get the Pixi I ordered. Thankfully I won't be on the LG long, since the Pixi is getting shipped from Chicago.

Now all I have to do is go to the Verizon store and explain this whole mess as I return the iPhone...

Just spoke to BB and they said they will have the TB for sale tomorrow. I called at 8:40 eastern time, 20 mins before close. So we will see what happens. I know I have been wanting this phone for a while, hopefully tomorrow still happens! I still believe!!!

As I said earlier, I've worked for Fedex for over 10 years. I have a pretty good grasp on how Fedex Express ( in my area) works with Verizon.

I'm still gonna hold on to my last grain of hope that VZW will come through and meet our "deadline" though I'm under no illusions that they haven't announced a release date in any official manner yet. I can dream can't I? Plus my OG Droid has taken the eternal slumber... so we will just have to wait and see.

As absurd as the notion is that the phone will be out tomorrow, thought I'd share anyway...

The Case For Tomorrow
One of the HTCPedia Shop's accessory suppliers has been holding out on shipping Thunderbolt accessories, saying that they couldn't send them out until the day before the phone launched.

As you can probably guess, the accessories shipped today.

Now, it's entirely possible that the supplier just got tired of waiting and being pressured by accessory stores. But we're not the first to claim that the Thunderbolt was coming on February 24th (that honor would go to BGR). So it wouldn't shock us if the phone was either launched or at least dated tomorrow.

i know waiting this long for the release of TB is faustrating. I think VZW has its reasons. Im willing to wait than having a phone that cant live with the expectations. VZW wants the TB to be perfect on its release date. patience is a virtue! lol!

Just got an email from Verizon telling me the Iphone4 is being released today, really glad I signed up for email updates because I would have missed that helpful information without it...
