Best Buy Note 7 Recall Thread

I want the v20 as a replacement, but best but does not even have it yet, so what do I do? I don't have a back up phone either

Keep it until the V20 is released at AT&T. On V20 release day return to BB, walk out empty handed and start over with the V20 at ATT. Or return to BB now, buy a cheap temp at ATT and also get on the v20 pre order. No matter what I would run from BB while you have the chance

We just switched to att so I would have nothing if I back out.

I would talk to ATT and see what options you have. I just seen a guy say he bought a 100$ phone for a temp, and they said he could trade in that phone for $200 in accessories credit on v20 release day. I would go to the source ATT to confirm though. F Best Buy

Just returned my note 7 @ Best Buy and had no issues AND they were so helpful and patient

Luckily I was on my 14th day so I had no issues AND they were so helpful and patient with the process. I decided to get the S7 Edge. I was surprised when the worker came back with a 32 inch TV. He said it was free with the purchase of a s7 edge. Apparently it seemed it was only for Verizon customer (I'm AT&T) and it expired yesterday. But the guy was really cool and said I could still have it. Going to miss my note 7. Really loved that phone.

Best Buy?

Has Best Buy said what their plan is regarding this situation? I have an AT&T Note 7 but I got it from Best Buy on the 29th.

Re: Best Buy?

I just turned my replacement note 7 in today and got s7 edge. I'm done with note 7 drama. No issues got difference refunded to me.

Nice of them. I used the edge while waiting for my replacement. I just traded in my replacement for Note 5

Is anyone else having trouble accessing this link now? I was able to see it last night when dec3ption first posted it, but now when I try to look at it, the page doesn't load. Just gives an error.

This is what I see...

I picked up the S7E yesterday at BB when I returned my N7 and got the 32" Samsung TV.

I tried to apply for the 256 GB SD card promo at the Samsung site but that promotion ended on Sunday 10/9. One day off for me :(

I really don't want to give my phone up but I have little kids and I'd be a fool to endanger them with this phone. My phone hasn't gotten warm at all but there's still that big what if hanging over me so I think it's best just to get rid of it. I got the S7 Edge as a loaner phone and I really didn't like so I have no idea what phone to move on to. I got the note on a bogo with the s7 edge and I'm rather confused if the credit will still apply to my account if I go to a different phone.

This really sucks.

I did the same thing on Sept 16, did an interim exchange for the 7edge until replacements were released. Have yet to be notified that I'm ready for pickup and now I may be screwed since it's outside the 14 day period. I really hope I am not stuck with this s7e... there are a few things about it I don't like and it is definitely a downgrade from the N7!

What in particular dont you like about the Edge? Just weighing my options.
