confused about the process.

From what I can see,you would have to edit the build.prop. If you know how to open and sign a .zip I could walk you threw. If not just wait for GB,me or someone else makes it.... sorry if that doesn't help any.

Can you tell me the name of a app you want but can't see?

re - Facebook sync - That's the new way HTC does it. In the people app you can choose to hide all the FB crap.

re - Roaming - I have no idea. I'm at my house, where there is nothing to roam on. My gut tells me it won't work.

re - MMS - until I can find a better solution, enable it the way that was posted. The problem is that the APN isn't configured. I'll keep plugging at it, but if anyone comes across something better, let me know.

re - Stock keyboard - this is a Sense ROM. The Stock keyboard doesn't use the Sense framework. If someone wants to rebuild the Stock keyboard to work with Sense's framework, go for it. I like the Sense keyboard because I need to type a lot of alt characters so I am not worrying about it.

re - Market - The fingerprint on this ROM shows Paid apps. It also shows some protected apps. It doesn't show paid protected apps. First thing to learn is not to support developers who insist on marking their apps as protected. It doesn't stop anyone from yanking them off the phone, it doesn;t work with apps 2 SD, and it causes this same problem any time a phone is updated with new software. Same exact issue happened with the official Sprint, Eris, Droid, G1. etc etc updates. Can someone verify 100% that the passion fingerprint posted fixes the issue? Like not seeing certain apps without it, and seeing those apps with it? I can easily make a flashable zip to update the build.prop with the new fingerprint once someone can tell me 100% that it works.

Try the paid version of Afirewall or Twidroid Pro

I think i have the APN figured out and have an easy flashable fix. wiping and reloading as I type to test it.

Getting SIGILLs from LatinIME when it tries to bind with Voicesearch. Between this and actual code @ work, I'm done until Monday I have a few ideas on how to make it work.

i flashed this rom last night and had no prob with the market and all my apps showed up and didnt do anything special to fix it....am i missing something big here?

ok got the mms working. I just cant understand the fix for the market

This is the fix is for Flipz 2.1 ROM based of the Eris leak I can confirm that it works.

Give it a few after rebooting for it to show the other apps. It took a little while for me.

I tried flashing this and it hangs at the nexus boot screen. It moves for a few minutes and then locks up.

I didn't wipe so could that be the reason?

Yes you have to wipe.

Yep. I can see Droidlive. Clear your Market cache before you reboot, it worked for me.
It took a couple tries though.
