Nexus sales banned - do I get mine?

Wooooow guys, we all got this just in time. It's not longer available for purchase on the Play Store.
I'll bet all the orders before they took it down get fulfilled.
Congrats on your move from the iphone. You won't regret it.
I placed my order earlier this evening (Tuesday) and received an e-mail confirming the order with an order number. Now, I noticed this on the Play Store. I wonder if I will receive it now or if I will have to wait.

I ordered mine on monday and was wondering the same thing so I called their customer support and the guy told me that he was not allowed to comment on the situation. Here is the body of the email follow up after my call:

We cant comment right now on your existing order, however, will get back
to you if anything changes with their order.I do apologize for any
inconvenience this has cause you. Thank you for understanding.
It kind of sounds like it might be on hold. This is such bull#$*@! Fine sue (still bull$#@*)but now I can't get the phone I ordered, F.U.C.K you apple. I was never going to by an iphone anyways, what the does this have to do with sales! Why an injunction, I don't see what this patent infringement has to do with sales!

Yep so I finally cancelled Sprint service and was ordering one of these today...had to go back to SPrint with my tail tucked between my legs. This is truly truly awful GRRRRRRRRRRr
Google/Samsung says that they're working on a software update so they can avoid the Galaxy Nexus ban. Hopefully they're gonna start shipping them out again soon!!!
I ordered mine Friday night and it still hasn't shipped. Although that might be because I'm having it shipped to me out in the desert.
Tactics like this sales ban are exactly why I no longer wish to give Apple another dollar of my money. I've sold my iPhone and have put my MacBook Pro up for sale as well. I guess I'll go without a laptop until Windows 8 is released as I will have my Nexus 7 in a week or 2 plus we have a couple other PCs in the house.
Despite the fact that my MacBook Pro has been awesome, I'm voting with my wallet. Any company that refuses to innovate and instead competes by using vague patents to ban the import/sales of their competitors' products will be last on my list of choices.
