Those who are saying they'll just wait till Jan/Feb for Quad-Core phones, well you'll be waiting longer than that. Dual-Core phones are still in their infancy. Just because we are close to seeing the first Quad-Core Tablet (Transformer Prime) doesn't mean we'll see phones that soon too. Every other part of the phone needs to be compatible with quad-core chipsets and I don't see the first quad-core till 2Q or even 3Q of 2012.
Especially if you're talking on Verizon. I bet we won't see quad core + LTE phones till summer. I'd be very surprised if it those start coming out earlier.
i went by my local best buy and asked about the GN.. the salesman told me that they had a good bit of therm in the back, but didnt know when they would launch them.. he then asked if i wanted to mess with the demo..he wasnt too happy when i went to snap a pic..i did anyways..
This is f'ing absurd. I cannot believe it's December 8th and it's not out yet. If you had told me this the night Matias & Co. showed it off in Hong Kong, I wouldn't have believed it.
Sigh. I'm damn close to just saying f it and stick with the razr out of spite and laziness.

I tried to stay away from the forums, but since I have been on night shift all I can do is read the speculation of a release date from the leaks. I am just getting upset with the delays. Still, I probably will buy the phone whether it's released today, tomorrow, or on Christmas.

Let us know when they're going to broadcast the episode of "COPS" you're going to be shown on.
Any updates? I've been reading the pre-release thread over on androidforums and am getting my hopes up too much I think. Many people are reporting being told that the phone will be available tomorrow, and the rest are saying the reps are basically trying to avoid the subject entirely. Seems like most of the members there go crazy with all the rumors though and put way too much credibility into them.

It looks like they updated it for 12/9, and it does have the Droid XYBoard, but no Galaxy Nexus. Heartbreak hurts.
