Unless ROM Manager decides to **** up and sabotage your SD card and corrupt your NANDROIDS effectively ERASING them.

I lost all mine flashing over to BAMF 2.0. I even did it through CWR too.

You can back up your nands on the cpu and reload them to the sd card.

If you're switching between two distinct ROMs, as you are doing, a full.data wipe is a good idea.

Did you wipe before flashing? I would try a different kernel. Imoseyon's lean kernel is a good one [Kernel] [froyo] leanKernel: minimalistic kernel, v2.5.1 sense 5/16/11 - xda-developers

ROM manager just likes to break things when it comes to flashing ROMS. ClockworkMod is all I use, and all you need

Works fine on my phone. I've used it for the last couple of versions of das BAMF. You may want to clear cache and Dalvik before reflashing.

Very nice! If I ever manage to get my hands on a TBolt, I am definitely rooting and running this ROM right off the bat.
