Screen shot of my homescreen with two mods... battery and 4g mod... I also changed my lockscreen and the bootanimation too...I am using ADW for the bottom buttons (I didn't like the inability to change the Right Rosie to MMS, or i would have kept it) I am amazed at the amount of mods this roms has... I am def impressed All I know is that 1.6.3 remix and ADW combined are my favorite so far. and the second radio zip from the Obligitory list is working very well for me

The Remix thread here has 4,000 views in total. His thread over at XDA has over 285,000! I'm guessing that's why he doesn't bother updating it. Adrynalyne is a mod here so that may explain why he's here more often.

I'm a noob to this. Is it possible to install a new theme for this ROM? I'm not a fan of the Red Button and would prefer the stock setup and a different dock.

Not that I know of... I use ADW launcher to change the Rosie button to what ever I want... as you can tell above from my screen shot... also, I am using 1.6.3 remix.. and it looks different all together.. here is a link to the remix [ROM] [05.08.11] BAMF Remix 1.6.3 - Please read my post on pg. 334!!! ** - xda-developers I have tried this rom and remix and just prefer remix... to each their own

That's the skin. You can change that from the personalize menu.

Debloat: Very few extra features from stock. Contains filesystem, and memory tweaks, as well as my kernel.
NTE: Full featured, but does not contain very many theme elements, and very little modification to Rosie, aka the launcher.
Remix: Full featured, plus additional theme elements and graphical tweaks.

I click on people and the then menu, then backup assitant and nothing happens.

What the hell? How do I fix this? All my contacts were backed up with backup assitant! Ill lose all y contacts if i cant get my contacts.

Most ROMS don't support backup assistant because everyone prefers syncing their contacts with google. Try and flash this zip in cwr: backup_asst.zip

Your zip file worked! and I was able to get my contacts back!
I was a little concernicus that all was lost and I was going to have to do a full system restore.

For what it's worth, 1.6.3 (and I'm assuming 1.7 as well) works just fine with the original radio. If you choose to upgrade to the newer radio that's up to you. Just be sure to use caution and check the MD5 of any radio files you download before flashing.

I suppose upgrading the radio is recommended, but not necessary.

Only thing I'd use Rom Manager for is to flash clockwork mod and then do everything manually.

Some folks have had problems flashing using ROM Manager so you're better off flashing using Clockworkmod.

The das BAMF debloated and nte (non-themed edition) versions use the Sense UI.
