anyone have issues with slingplayer and how to fix it?

Yeah SlingPlayer closes right after attempting to connect. I'm guessing it has something to do with the SSL bug, in which case there's a good chance it will work in the next release.

Anyone having issues replying to emails on an exchange sync account? Email keeps crashing on me with this rom. Sorry if this question has already been answered.

it is a well known bug, that is apparently fixed on the 1.0.1 version. that and some other small bugs were reported and fixed. I guess it was a ssl problem. also the search button will be fixed.

They said 1.0.1 will be released soon.

Aside from the bugs this ROM is fast and I am getting great battery life.

I'm running this ROM and wanted to know if there was a way to get a black notification bar. I like all the icons and battery meter, I just want the bar to be black.

Testing out Syndicate today and I noticed that the music player will not change songs when the screen is off. It will change songs with the screen on, but if the screen is off, the music player freezes when trying to go the next song in a playlist and has to be force closed. If you start a song with the screen on, and THEN turn the screen off, the song will play until completion.

Works perfect on ACE rom.. I did a search of the XDA thread and noone has mentioned it...

I use the music player almost every day and haven't encountered this issue.

I just noticed that no ads are showing up in apps. This causes some apps to not work (words with friends). Is this a problem with the ROM? Our is there some other fix I'm not aware of?

If you go into AdFree and hit "Revert", it will fix it. Otherwise, I've heard of ways to manually configure it to allow ads on some apps, but I'm not sure how to do that.

I would follow instructions for "If you are not on EB13" in the second xda post to make sure everything runs as it should.

I have 3.0.0.5 as well and had no problems flashing this rom.

Went to bed with 80% battery, woke up with 78%!!!

Loving this rom.

Very nice, full day and I'm still at 60%. Rom is nice and quick.

Once we get the SSL issue fixed I'll be loving it.
