About the battery calibration, i just tried it this morning but didn't do the wipe battery stats. So should I start all over, or wipe battery stats now?

My understanding is that if you don't wipe the battery stats you won't see as much of a benefit (note: I'm just parroting what I remember reading).

Is this ROM supposed to show Twilight 1.04 in the kernel section in about phone? (mine doesn't) i didn't see any way to customize the kernel

Awesome. I'll do that tonight because I definitely think its gotten off. It drops the first 10_15% in literally like 20 minutes, then as it gets into the 50s it almost stops, then drops like a rock again. This is with basically constant use today.

They stopped putting the kernel name in the kernel part of the About Phone because it was causing conflicts, due to this being part of the kernel.. Not sure what the conflicts were but I did see one of the kernel devs saying they were leaving that out of the kernel.

So now you just look at your build number to get the complete information.

If anyone wanted the change the boot animation with this ROM, I was successful in using one of the flashable .zip files from the supernovaROM thread.

Unfortunately he removed everything from his thread on XDA so I don't know where you could get the files anymore. Just wanted to report they worked. As always do a backup just in case.

just updated facebook to 1.5.2 and now getting FC's. map update not helping this issue although it solved my yelp FC issue.

The version of wifi tether that comes with the ROM (v 3.0) didn't work for me either. I got an older build (v 2.0.7) from here and was able to get it to work.

SydicateROM Frozen 1.0.2 In-car Bluetooth voice recognition issue

Good evening,

I installed the SyndicateROM Frozen 1.0.2 (Malanga) today and everything worked flawlessly with exception to the in-car bluetooth voice recognition. Prior to this rom I had no issue utilizing the voice commands over bluetooth through the car system.

I can make calls by saying "dial by number" but when I say "dial by name" it fails. I can dial by name if i use the voice recognition by talking into the phone just fine, its only over bluetooth that it can not understand the commands. For what it's worth I am using the in-car bluetooth system on a 2011 hyundai sonata.

I downloaded SyndicateROM Frozen, stable version. It worked wonderful for a couple of hours, lightening fast, I love it. When I put my Epic on the charger it powered off. When I powered it back on it kept giving my error msgs about all of my apps. Saying force close, after one box closed another would open and say the same thing expect it would name a different app. Also, it continued to power off. Did I do something wrong on the install? I used the method, EB13 ROM with the EB13 modem: Wipe three times in CWM, and flash. I really would love to run this Rom but I need to know what I'm doing wrong. One more thing, this may or may not be related or relevant to this Rom. When I try to use HotSpot I also get an error msg. It pops up "Error 67: Registration failure. Your sprint data service username and/or password maybe incorrect. Try again". In my settings for HotSpot, of course the SSID is set, WPA (TKIP) and my p/w is set. I tried other settings before I decided to post this problem. I am fairly new at all of this so be nice to me, please...

Is this more stable then 1.0.1? The 1.0.1 would work great for a few days then it would start acting crazy and became unusable.
