[ROM][CM9][ICS][4.0.4] Cyanogenmod 9, Android ICS 4.0.4

Does anyone have a backup link to the latest rom build? Drop box on the site had the latest one and its been taken down from too much traffic

i'm now on old bb slimgen rom. can i use any ics rom with new kernel without blackscreen bug? should i upgrade to new bb or use oldbb fix?

is partitioning SD card necessary? how to set Ext2-size to 300mb there are 256mb and 512mb options and where can i change SD:ext2 to ext3?
I'm using CWR 5.0.2.0 on old bb.

It's advised, but if you won't do it, you can still use the rom.
Cwm 5.0.2.0 already makes a ext3 if i'm right.
And 256 is sufficient.

What are the fixes?

_Arjen_ Is it alright with you if I switch my Touchwiz UX Rom to be based off of this? It seems more... Reliable..

I would like some explanation as well. What "touchscreen fix" was implemented? Was it supposed to fix multitouch? Does it fix CPU spike when touching the screen? I don't understand. The major touchscreen bug that makes most games unplayable is still there.

Example of the bug here :Lg optimus one p500 touchscreen problem - YouTube

download the "multitouch app" and test for yourself.

I've also seen many people that have fixed this issue.
Example : LG P500 with CM7 and TA Kernel - Multitouch Fix - YouTube

I realize they are p500 in the videos but we have the exact same bug, at least on the lg thrive.

I have flashed the rom, no more need to flash the old blackscreen kernel first to get wifi working. Just flash the 6-28 rom with the 6-14 kernel then gapps.

Don't even need to flash the kernel. And isn't it the kernel with the touchscreen fix? It is not up yet..

Well since the updates about touchscreen fix are being posted here I assumed it's built into the rom. Also there is a p505 build on Arjen's site dated 6/28. I flashed that rom, using it now, but I don't even know what I'm looking for in terms of a touchscreen fix.

Things are posted all over the place on this forums :p anything of arjens could apply to any of his threads XD

I think it is rom incorporated because in the video with the "fixed" touchscreen that i posted, the video poster mentioned he had flashed the wrong kernel and to ignore that. so i assume it was the rom that had the fix built in. Our screens are really only meant to pinch to zoom.
