Im still unsertin what needs to go back , I dont want to be billed for sothing latter , if its just a return enevlope then the bare bones phone minus stylus is going back.Just called my local Sprint corporate store and they have them in stock - they say they got them yesterday. Part of me is tempted to see if I can cancel my advanced exchange order and just walk into the store today to make the swap. But it might be easier to hold onto the charger and spare pen if I wait to send my phone back in the Sprint provided envelope haha. Never know how difficult in store associates will be

I wish they stores in MD get with the program. I have called every one and I'm not exaggerating even the non corporate stores and "none" have them in. I honestly think they aren't checking to see if they have them in the back. I'm in Southeastern PA on the Mason Dixon Line and I do all of my shopping etc, basically everything in MD. I've called the Sprint corporate store in Belair several times last week including Friday. They aren't expecting them until next week. They are totally focused on iPhone sales even though the manager and several associates had Note 7's and they were still using them.I wish they stores in MD get with the program. Sounds like she was only intetested in a comm saleI called the Corp store here in lubbock, Tx again after finding out Amarillo and Midland received phones yesterday. They are both an hr away. The employee either was acting dumb or had no idea what she was doing. I asked her if they had any N7's. She fused to answer the question until I gave her my phone number to look up my account. She then asked if I was going to upgrade in the store or online. I asked again and she asked when did you return your N7I told her again I just want to know if you have any so I can exchange my faulty phone. She then asks why do I want to return it. I told her there was a world wide recall of the phone!!!! She was clueless... She wanted to transfer me to Sprint customer service to resolve the issue. I hung up!
I just got off the phone with sprint, the lady I talked to said EVERY sprint store should have them by the 21st. The store is still 45 minutes from me so I opted to have the AET just ship me the new Note 7 rather than deal with the hassle of the store. When I get the tracking number I'll just change my delivery to the closest UPS store for early morning pickup.
