T-Mobile: Galaxy Note 8 Pre-Order Thread

If people don't start getting origin scans by late tonight then there might be an issue. Until then deliveries are certainly possible tomorrow.
 
Fedex doesn't do home deliveries the day after labor day.

Should never have let that rep convince me they couldn't take my Note8 order over the phone. I called in at 12:01, and they said the only way I could order a phone was to visit a store.
I got screwed too by a clueless rep. They told me the only way to change anything in the payment section was to cancel the order and re-order. Another rep told me the next day they could have fixed it.
 
Go through T-Mobile on Twitter. I had 3 months before I was able to Jump per Customer Service but 15 minutes on Twitter and my order was complete.

I suspect this time tomorrow we'll be seeing movement on UPS.

I'm trying to place my order now through messenger on Facebook. Looks like I might be able to. No luck on my PC or phone but through them yes!!

I did mine through Facebook Chat , finalized by really brief phone call
 
Check out their thread on here. They are getting shipping confirmation and a lot of them are getting their phones tomorrow. BGR was correct.

I did check it out. It just said "delivered" on Tuesday, but I didn't see it said WHERE (hub, home, store, warehouse). So that's why I'm asking.
 
Do some people honestly think that UPS and FedEx would ship them to a local hub and hold them there? The only way to do that would be to keep them on trailers somewhere. Otherwise, they have a huge liability risk. They can print the labels and hold shipments as long as they have space. But, once they're released, that's it. They're going to the customers.

I left my incorrect payment info in tact because I felt changing it would mean I'd have to cancel it. The card # was correct, but they had my first middle and last names out of order. On top of that, the shipping to section had my jobs address where my name would be. Despite all of those errors, my order went through perfectly fine. You should have just left it as it was.
