How long does your battery last on performance?

Hey guys(possibly gals) some of the roms say OLD BASEBAND only. What does it mean?!
Just to clerify ...the rom list at XDA. We can flash ANY of them with jobans kernal...yeah?
And can I get away with wiping cache and flashing or do I need to factory reset?

First, i've been noticing that baseband wise, it doesn't matter, we haven't been given updates to our baseband, although depending on the rom i have been testing, there are differences in how well you can get reception/how fast it preforms. I believe just wiping cache/dalvick cache you might be able to get away with, i haven't really tested that theory out. Also becareful which rom you flash as i believe you cant flash all of them, some need a .35 kernel, and we are as far as i know on a .32 kernel, Joban can correct me if i'm wrong, and i believe this is why i had some issues with trying some roms before, so no not all roms will work, if they are for .32 then they are fair game.

Thanks. That's what I thought. I was aware of the kernal. I was just trying lazy out..lol... guess it wont work... I do have to add after being the first, sides Joban, this has really taken off. I just haven't had the time to play. :( lots of great info in this thread. Keep up the good work. And hopefully ill be able to add to it.. again thanks

Re: Joban's Kernel 2.08 (Overclock, CM7 2.3.7 etc..) **Gyro Fixed

well pretty much all 2.6.32 kernel based roms will work! it will say if they are 2.6.35 and those wont work with this kernel! But I been still have work to do with my 2.6.35 kernel so if it all goes good I might release it soon! :)

Joban, does your kernel support under/overvolting? Figured I'd ask since we're talking about battery consumption. If it does, we'd be able to overclock to the moon and have a lot less kernel panics and phone freak outs.

Re: Joban's Kernel 2.08 (Overclock, CM7 2.3.7 etc..) **Gyro Fixed

Joban the gps and bluetooth don't work
I try to send files with es file explorer and bluetooh file transfer and it don't work
and..... the maps says..."Please try again later"
It's possible to overclock 800mhz or no... when i use that spped it's very fast but only work 1 or 2 minutes and my lg thrive reboots
Can you say me how to fix it? Please

Thanks I just started using Go a few days ago and didn't know it had a dialer and contact list though. I love the 3d effects of the EX versions.

So for those that like the sony version of Cyanogen, gingercrust has been updated to 1.3 it's got some more tweaks and stuff, gonna post results when i have it flashed.

Hybrid Rom GingerCrust V1.3 05/11/2011 - xda-developers

------------------------
This about this update:
-4 corner shortcut launcher is gone, regular along the bottom 4+app drawer
-stock settings ran quadrant, on no over clock sits at a 1009 score, 1339-768mhz, 1277-710mhz, pretty sure anything higher crashes the phone. 806mhz did anyways
-still has the xperia apps and frameworks, transparent status bar,

overall i'd say it's a nice rom, reception is quite good too.

on second thought theres a minor issue, bluetooth doesnt work in call and its crashing my phone.lol i'll find out more, yeah... everytime i use my headset and try a call, afterwards my phone crashes... so those that use bluetooth, not a good rom, unless theres a fix, we'll see.

I know what I'm about to post is not relevant to anything in this thread except its a live wallpaper and its widgetlocker's ICS theme.
