Do you recommend any specific roms?

Re: Joban's Kernel 2.03 (Overclock, CM7 2.3.7 etc..) **WIFI FIXED

Does this kernel have to be placed on a fresh install? I booted into CWMR and applied the zip file, and then when I booted up, I was getting errors that com.android.phone was crashing and it was forcing it to close.

I'm reinstalling from my backup right now....

When I got that error,I had overclocked. After realizing the error, I reflashed and stayed away from overclocking.

On that note, if I overclock past 600, my display goes funky and I have to reflash along with that same error. Ideas?

Yeah, I just came to this same conclusion.

I was able to get the kernel update installed and working if I set overclocking to 600mhz during the first boot up. After it starts, you can jack the CPU back up to 768.

No problems anymore, and the WiFi works fine. :) Weird issue though. :p

have you figured out how to not get the android phone error yet?

That is a weird issue. The weird thing is, I'd get the offset display soon after overclocking. Did you use the built in overclock feature?
