wow more noobs? ok guys if u dont know what you guys are doing then its better that u just leave your phone alone, because how many times we have said DONT USE ROM MANAGER BESIDES FLASH CMW RECOVERY! this causes the fastboot error! and rather than expanding this thread do some searching because there is many tuts on how to get cmw recovery and to fix fastboot.

Joban, right now i've had to revert to stock froyo 2.2.2 because of the blank screen on incoming calls. I have 4 kids and its christmas, but I am going to try and donate $10-20 at the end of the month. Is there any way you could take a stab at fixing this bug as i cant use the phone this way. Thank you for making cyanogenmod possible on our phones and for all the hard work!

So I'm just thinking out loud here, I don't own this phone, but my girlfriend got it yesterday and I put CM7 and this kernel on it. She's not too happy about the lockscreen lag, but I just had an idea.

Have any of you guys tried an alternate lockscreen app? Like widgetlocker, magiclocker, or anything else?

I bought lockbot pro a while back I will give that a try and see if your idea pans out.

I had the same lag using widgetlocker. Besides, I like the stock cm7 lock screen tweaks much better.

Which tweaks exactly? Besides the removal of that horrid emergency call button.

Lock bot pro is a no go on the fix... I tried it and it actually made the problem a little worse. Does anyone know what phone the P500 orginally got its ROM from. Maybe there is a fix for that phone that will work on ours.

ZTE blade is the only phone with the same stats as O1 and ours. im no dev , but that would be the one that i used to port. not quite sure where you would ask to get a fairly quick answer. probably just have to do some more diggin around.

edit: both phones came at about the same time. blade is on cyanogenmod's compatible list. where optimus one isnt. and i cant see them updating it to the next optimus in line as the internals have changed.

Nice! Looks like you found a gem there I will have to give it a test here in a little while. And as far as the delay it doesn't really bother me most of the time I know where everything on my phone is for unlock and answer and all that anyways. I was just trying to find a solution for those out that are being driven crazy by the delay.

In what way? So far I've turned on synch for Contacts and GMail and have had no issues. I did run into the com.android.phone issue and had to start over. Otherwise no issues so far..

Edit: I have noticed that some Sensor monitoring apps like AndroSensor and the GPS Status & Toolkit app have trouble with their framerate. The UI of the phone is very smooth, but AndroSensor and GPS Status is stuttering a lot even when set to the fastest refresh rates.
