This is a sense based rom. The BAMF Remix version has a zip that removes the sense UI.

Again, my appreciation to the developers. Was using my phone a lot today and noticed a problem where the screen would stay too dim when set on auto brightness. I come here to report and see that an update had been released to address the issue.

That's a problem with your SD card, in all probability. I had the same problem, Verizon replaced it. Might want to back up your data to your computer and format it, see if that works.

I have a hunch the SD cards in the TB are junk and are going to start failing en masse sometime soon.

Well it was within the first 14 days, so I made them give me a new card (after going through the usual factory reset song and dance), but when I first saw the error I posted a thread about it here-- http://forum.androidcentral.com/htc...-could-only-mounted-read-only.html#post805389
Some reports of failing cards there too. Last guy posted there saying a corrupted file, not sure how you'd track down a single corrupt file, but hopefully your card isn't toast!

i remember doing it in ADB when i rooted my phone but how do we do it now? what is the importance of this?

Anyone else noticed that when you press the VVM icon it goes to the messaging app and not the voicemail part? I am using the 1.6 NTE.

Remix is solid, I flashed this morning, the animations are a nice touch but my battery is still killing me. Nothing makes my battery any better no matter what I do so I'm just sucking it up

You'll like it. With 1.5 I was using Imoseyon's lean extreme kernal.
With 1.6 it likes the BAMF 4.4.3 kernal...snappy to say the least!!
Just my experience, of course.

I'm having an issue with 1.6.1, well, more like an annoyance than an issue.

I have 1.6.1 Remix with default old radio, desense, and volume button no wake.
I had it for 8 hours now and I'm in love with it.

I added Korean language keyboard and checked the box next to "Korean Keyboard"
Everything works fine... Korean works fine, English works fine.

But as soon as I restart my phone, the box next to "Korean Keyboard" in now unchecked.
So I have to check it again every time I restart.

Like I said, it's not an issue, but an annoyance. And I don't restart my phone that often anyway, but I just wanted to throw it out there.

Did you install the Korean Keyboard on your SD card? If so, try moving back to the internal storage of your phone. I had the same issue with the SwiftKey keyboard but after I moved the keyboard files back to the storage on the phone the problem went away.
