That's a problem with your SD card, in all probability. I had the same problem, Verizon replaced it. Might want to back up your data to your computer and format it, see if that works.

I have a hunch the SD cards in the TB are junk and are going to start failing en masse sometime soon.

i pulled off all files that i needed on my sd card. Doin the long process complete format right now. for some reason the sd wouldnt read when it was in my Tbolt. So i pulled it out and slapped it in my Gtab. its quite a long process but i hope it fixes the problem. i hate calling VZW techs for help. I seem to know more than they do when it comes to problems running android. the whole "factory reset fixes everything" is BS, in my book anyways

Directions on how to flash the patch?

Download it onto your SD card.
Reboot into clockwork recovery mode.
Install zip from sd card.
Browse to it and select it.

I'm assuming you're familiar with cw since you're on BAMF 1.6...

I've noticed that since flashing to 1.6 and adding the radio firmware update that when I make a call I get a notice saying it can't find my LTE SIM card. However, the notice disappears after a couple seconds and the call goes through/works just fine, but the button that should be labeled 'end' is labeled 'cancel'. Thoughts?

I'm having the same problem. When I make a call there's a message in the top right of the screen that says "Sim card not found please ..."? Also, I went into call settings to see why it said "cancel" when ending a call instead of "end" and under voicemail it said "voicemail number was not changed successfully, please contact your network provider if this persist". Something like that...That being said, I am able to make and receive calls, get voicemail, and everything else. I like the Rom, but I might flash something else if I can't find a fix.

Let us know if you find a solution. This is only mildly annpying for me.

More annoying is that I was hoping that a new ROM, RUU and wireless-tether app would fix the instability of wifi-tether for me, but it doesn't .

Also, when I reboot the phones, some of my icons are the default android icon? They still work but the picture isn't right. Is there a way to fix this?

Mine was the same way. I cleared cache and dalvik and then rebooted and it has been normal.

If you downloaded 1.6 from the link in the OP, you should apply the 1.6.1 patch. It's a small file so it's a quick download. It fixed an issue I had with 1.6 where the screen would stay too dim when I had the display set to auto brightness.

I would prefer flashing a ROM like as mentioned on this link. Scroll halfway down till you see the word "INSTALL" in red letters. It shows you the step-by-step way to do it.

My sync icon did that for a while. Let it run its course and it should go away.
