Weired go back and wipe data and cache then load it again
Removed didn't have instructions or the file
Theirs the instructions to go back to stock wight the update.zip

ok,i need to know what i gotta do to get a new rom on my phone, no computer at all. i fried my netbook so i gotta do all this from my phone..........anyone? i am rooted,thats all i know. whos gonna step up here?

You can do it.
Start by getting droidrootpro
Open it
Menu tools, get tools, you will need androzip on your phone to download it
Open astro file manager and go to sdcard/downloads and you will see the tools.zip
Click on it to view archive, copy the tools folder to the root of your sdcard
Once you have the tools on the root of your sdcard follow the steps to that they have you go through
Now hit the menu button/more/download rom choose the rom you want
Once its done flash 99.0b
Reboot into recovery and make a nandroid backup
Menu/more/install rom choose the rom and it will install

Isnt a computer needed to create the recovery since the SMU or DMU is no longer functional right now?

all i know is i took a nap earlier with my phone plugged into netbook. woke up and net book is fried and droid is rooted and thats it. no roms. lost some apps and contacts,and thats all i can do,im on gfriends laptop now and she wants me off cuz she thinks its gonna happen to hers too. i got droid on charger now. i gotta do somethin tonight with this.

Um, so you are saying that your Droid fried your netbook? I have never heard of this before. Personally, if you are having that kind of issues already, and are not 100% confident in what you are doing, I would skip going any further to avoid the potential hazard of bricking your phone and turning it into a paperweight.
