Thank you! Have you tried any of his other settings? I ran the emulator quick to see what my current settings are and here is what I am at:
min:245
max:1.024
governor:interactivex
Then it says "you appear to be in running in safe mode" What's that mean?
In safe mode, it doesn't overclock or undervolt the processor. I use battsaver which underclocks a bit more and doesn't overclock, and use the ondemandx governor. Imoseyon's kernel thread has a good explanation of the options and the governor settings in the first couple of posts.
Keep in mind that not all phones handle undrevolting and.overclockimg in the same way. Make sure that you're not overriding any settings you're making in speedtweak.sh with settings in the das BAMF toolkit or Setcpu.
So you're saying only use the emulator or the toolkit and not both to change voltage settings (i don't have setcpu)? Does the emulator change the governor also or do I have to use the toolkit for that?
What's everyone getting for idle current draw while the screen is off? Is it 34-40 mA like normal or higher?
I'm seeing about 40 mA when idling with the screen off using v2.5.4test4 using battsaver. Seeing about 150mA in idle with WiFi on, which is a known issue with the kernel.
I'm usually always on wifi and my idle draw is never above 50mA.
Don't I want a low mA draw when the phone is idle thus saving battery?
Help Anyone .....i just flashed the Bamf 2.04beta and phone says no service.....but i hbooted the gingerbread radio twice.....???....what should i try next?
