menu>settings>about phone>software info>more:
My baseband version is 1.39.00.0430r, 0.01.069.0501r

I dunno about -5. It is getting hammered right now I think. My DL is crawling compared to a little while ago.

Radios don't flash through rom manager, you have to put the radio file on the root of the sd card, make sure that's the only .zip with that file name (PG05IMG), then go into Hboot (hold volume down button & power until phone turns on), the phone will find the radio file & ask if you want to update, select yes, then reboot, if you're on a froyo rom or stock, more than likely you won't have service because the GB radios don't work well with froyo. Then reboot into recovery, factory wipe, then flash the rom, should be good to go after that

Good catch. I didn't even pick up on him saying Rom Manager instead of H-boot.

Thank You ! i didn't know that, so i should download gingerbamf first n then before opening it download the radio, hboot, flash the radio then once it reboots look for gingerbamf thru rom manager and flash it ?!

Edit: i downloaded the radio on my pc, moved it to the SD card, Hboot n now its updating .. thanks now i just need to wait for gingerbamf to finish downloading

Easiest way is to download both and have them on your sd card (make sure the pg05img.zip is on the root of your sdcard), go into cwm recovery and install the dasBAMF 2.0 .zip, battery pull and replace battery, hold volume down+power and that should get you into hboot to flash the radio.

Get the radio working first, that's what I did. Once that's working, reboot into recovery to flash the rom, don't use rom manager for anything other than backing up or restoring, it's been known to cause glitches

I found this today, [How To] Preparing yourself for a wipe data/factory reset in Clockwork Recovery

Perfect timing since I'm going to flash 2.0 tonight. Just thought I'd share a helpful thread.

I would too, but for some reason I can't get BAMF 1.63 to connect to my PC in order to transfer the radio and zip file. And I have no idea what's wrong. Grrr. This XP computer. Even if I do a Pass-through connction to install drivers; they aren't installing. Maybe that's it...drivers?

Anyone have drivers for the TBolt for a XP PC?

Do I have to be connected to my computer to flash the GB radio. I have tried multilpe times just using bootloader without being connected and i get a wrong image error message.

you dont need a computer for that. Make sure the file name is correct. I had the same problem, then i realized there was a space after the file name
