hm. still no working 2.0.5 or whatever link.
sadness. just made a guide/list/steps to do this w/ the radio/kernel and the link isn't working.

the "It's not quite ready for public release" kind of deters me.
this is my first time flashing a radio & kernel, so the fact that i'm flashing them together on a potentially unstable GB ROM is already enough for me.
if i'm successful but the ROM doesn't seem to do it for me (bugs/whatever) then i might resort to that (if it's still available)
for now, i just downloaded the ROM, the Radio, now i'm searching for the kernel to use
That's straight from Adrynalyne's mouth, not mine. It seems pretty functional to me. There was an issue with the mail app and a couple of the widgets. I use gmail and Touchdown for exchange so not sure if the mail app is still wonky or not.
so i'm backing up my current ROM
about to flash the GB & new radio
if i don't like the new GB/Radio,
i can revert back to my nandroid backup.
but will my nandroid backup have the previous radio? (the previous, non-GB radio)
or do i need to download/flash that then re-save that ROM as a backup?

just flashed it. went really quickly---quicker than DasBamf 1.7 actually.
(full factory wipe & wiped data cache & dalvik twice before flashing ROM)
checked md5 SUM's on both the radio & ROM--and both matched.
sense 3.0 lockscreen is there & awesome.
but i'm seeing some problems.
few things. feel free to chime in--i'll list them all so if you know them all, you can clear them up for me
1) no notification bar (so i can't tell any signal/GPS/time--and that area of the screen isn't visible when viewing 'settings' for the camera app. it's like it isn't installed? is there a file location i could check to verify?)
2) Gapps keeps FC (i heard this is normal. resolution? do i have to fix permissions w/ CMR?)
3) GPS can't lock on. not even "lock on", it won't even show me anywhere on a map. solution? (enabled ALL options under Location, now it's accurate w/i 1500 meters)
i know this is Beta--and this is to be expected. and some people said problems were fixed after multiple Reboots.
i read through all the pages up to this, but i can't remember what was done to fix any of these. if you've experienced them, please share. i'd greatly appreciate it & thank you if it solves my problem.

Did you flash the GB radio in HBOOT? If you have no phone, no data and no gps, the radio wasn't installed correctly.
I have none of the issues you describe. Something was not installed right.

i have radio reception
i can make/receive calls, download speeds are about 7mb so i'm assuming LTE (and i switched LTE on using DBToolKit), and send/receive google talk/SMS/MMS
so i think the radio is ok.
it's just the notification bar that's killing me. and the google apps FC

Clear data, clear cache and Dalvik cache several times and reflash ROM and I bet you will be good to go.
wouldn't hurt, i guess. this ROM is definitely worth it. loving the new lock screen.
just wish i had the window animations like the carousel in the homescreen.
after wiping data/cache/dalvik multiple times---factory reset before flashing this ROM again? or am i good without it?
also, i installed some kernel AFTER i installed the ROM. will i have to re-flash that kernel, too? update: i think so. just saw "FLASHING BAMF KERNEL". so, i'm reflashing the testkernel by imoysen (or whatever)
wiped cache/dalvik/factory data reset 4 times--installing ROM now. here's hoping it works!
yup--think that fixed the notification bar.
wow. so far so good. notification bar is up, i'm hearing sounds i didn't hear on the initial flash & my wallpaper is somehow set to my customized wallpaper from my previous ROM. sweet.
now gonna try setting everything back up. well. that's one problem fixed.
now. to figure out the Netflix problem (showing a required update). man
this ROM definitely deserves a paypal donation. dang.

found version 2. i'm gonna try flashing it.
plus my netflix app right now isn't working.
and, oddly enough, my gallery's (pic and video) show up as Facebook Icons. ha.
flashed Remix v2 Beta

anyone get the Netflix to work? mine keeps saying it has to update & won't ever get to the log in screen
update: got it to work by installing this version

The preview has expired. The download link has been disabled. Keep an eye on this thread and the XDA developers thread for DasBamf2.0-5. Adrynalyne has put up previews for the new Bamf3.0 the last couple of days and then taken them down as it is not quite 100%. Preview 2 is my daily driver now and everything I need works just fine!
