Yea mclarryjr, I use pre 2.08 and installed from TitanumBU, but do not apply data thou. For some reason it screws up the rom, best just apply app and let binaries reconfigure themselves and finish setting up your preferences. Now I have not tried on pre4 yet cause trying let the rom stabilize first for a few hours. Hope this helps mclarrryjr and other inquires please let me know!

Thanks it worked I restored the data at first then tried to clear data in the application setting but I guess that wasn't good enough. I can confirm it works on preview 4

One other note that comes via Cubs is this is for anyone using TitaniumBU after loading pre4, Do not update TitaniumBU, it creates a weird issue with backups. If you have already update the app and are having trouble go into manage apps and uninstall the update.

Preview 4 is excellent... a couple of notes: could you include the Visual Voicemail in the ROM as I have been using it since you posted it with no issues... also, NFL Mobile requires the VZW auto login for it to work... other than that, it is outstanding. Just comming from a Windows Mobile background (created ROMS for many years) I appreciate the long hours spent to deliver a fine Sense 3.0 ROM!!!!

To not discourage folks from using GB I'm trying to figure out this VM thing and trying to move over to google voice (GV) now my self. So far I have my calls forwarded to GV's voice mail if I don't answer from my cell phone by dialing *71(myGVnumber) and I set my GV account through the site to DND. Calling my cell phone from work now rings to the cell phone but if I don't answer it bounces me to my GV mailbox. This then transposes the message into my email and the GV app on my phone and works great... Plus it saves me 3$ a month

Ok... no idea what I did wrong but this happened when I tried to install the first GB beta.. loaded everything normally and when the rom goes to boot up it goes to just a wallpaper and nothing works at all except the power button which turns the screen off... Did I do something stupid wrong?

Did you wipe data, cache, and dalvik multiple times each before you flashed?

This is excellent advice and often solves problems that are encountered with a new ROM. And did you flash a Gingerbread compatible radio as well?

The previews are standalone ROMs and are similar to the nte in appearance. After the MR2 leak, I flashed the MR2 radio and switched back to GB from DB 1.7.

Pandora pauses for quite a bit between tracks (even v 1.5.6). I'm running the MR2 radio.

does anyone think that the screen clarity is poor on the preview ROMs? I am not sure if its just me, but it seems like the resolution on these ROMs is much lower. Icons and text have a "cloudy" appearance. I noticed it the last 2 preview ROMs I flashed. I think that I am going back to the BAMF 2.0 because of this.

I LOVE the 2.0 version of this ROM, and to be honest it seems just as smooth and quick, but has better screen resolution.

Does anyone else agree?

No I did not flash the radio yet I just flashed the rom and I can't get to a useable screen... I did wipe all of those multiple times... It loads perfect until it gets to what should be the home screen nothing works except the power on and off button... Its also completely blank with just the wallpaper and notification bar...

Did you check the md5 checksum of the zip file before flashing? You could have a bad download.
