Clockwork is not hboot. you have to power down, then hold volume down and turn the phone on. don't let go of volume down until the phone turns on. that should put you in hboot.

Thank you. Starting to get the hang of this stuff. This rom looks pretty awesome. Can't wait to get the radio on after this reboot!

Are those the only two files I need to have on the SD card in order for this version to work successfully, the radio file renamed and the zip file itself? When I tried this a few days ago, and aside from not messing with the radio file at the time, I was getting various system errors such as the following stopping unexpectedly:

ROM Manager
Google Services Framework
HTC DM
google.process.gapps.
htc.bg
Skin Picker - htc.skinpicker

Sounds like you didn't have the radio installed, I had the same problem. You need to put the radio file on the root of the SD card (meaning not in any folders), I already had a radio on the root but I replaced it with the new GB radio that had the same file name PG05IMG.zip. Flash the radio first, then wipe with cwr & install the rom. You should be good to go after that, I did the same procedure & it's been smooth sailing :)

is there a step by step link on how to do all this? and is the camera fixed on the new gb update?

a little help ? i managed to flash the rom thru cw but after it rebooted now im stuck on a wallpaper with no icons and none of my buttons work

did you make a nandroid backup with rom manager or clockwork before you flashed the rom?

if you did, restore your backup in Recovery.

When installing roms - clear data, cache partition, and dalvik cache (under advanced).

Always make a back up.

yes i made a backup but how do i access it ?

Make sure you don't have a pg05img.zip file on the root of your sd card (if there is rename the file or delete it).

Power off your phone.

Power back up with volume down and power pressed together.

Navigate to Recovery with volume keys and press power to select.

In recovery mode, Go to back up and restore with volume keys and press home key to select.

Go to restore then select the backup you made and press home key, and select reboot now when it's finished (takes a few minutes).

Your going to have to pull the battery and then turn back on while holding down the volume down button and boot into hboot (before you do this you need to remove the radio file from your sdcard if it's still there so you may need to use a card reader) once in hboot hit the power button wait a second then choose to boot into recovery, from there select backup/restore and select the backup you want.

edit to late :(

connect the phone to a computer and choose the mount as a disk option,
or as mclarryjr mentioned you can use a sd card reader that connects to a cpu via usb

Or you dont really have to check first - if you power on with volume down and power buttons held together, you get to the bootloader screen (hboot). The phone will check the sd card for certain file names (updates), and if it finds one it will prompt you to install it. You can skip the installation but i dont think you can get to recovery if this file (pg05img.zip) is on your sd card.

So if it asks you to install that, you will have to connect your sd card to a cpu one of those ways and erase/rename that file.

yeah mount as a disk is not an option since my phone is not even being read by the computer .. i took the memory card out of my thunderbolt and put it in my incredible tho, now that it is connected i delete the whole pg05img folder ?

um it should be a zip file. PG05IMG.zip
There's a folder named that on the root of your sd card?
