Clockwork flashable Froyo EB01 with root and busybox

I have a question regarding backups. I use Titanium backup to backup my apps. I am planning to load EB01 as soon as the download finishes. Will I be able to restore my apps and/or app data once I am running Froyo? I have a couple apps that are a pain to set up. I am currently on DL28.

i put the file on my sd card then i used rom manager on my phone

You need to flash the modem with odin..check what is says under baseband in your "about phone"

Wow! Yeah you're just a little behind at DI01, but no worries we will get you there. Maybe read this and follow the instructions in here:

May want to get input from one of the more experienced people as I have not read anything about going to EB01 from DI01. Not sure if you have to go to a stock DL09 first or not. Sorry.

+1 that radio is 3 builds ago ...you can either follw the odin directions but just use that radio file...or follow tge dirwctions entirely. Both will work

Something kept me from doing the DL30 last night. Tonight I got brave again and found this topic... and it was SOOO easy to do. No trouble at all, and now I have Froyo. Thanks for releasing this. I am curious though, when Verizon does a maintenance update, will I see it, or am I now stuck doing these 'manual' updates?

I was running Baseband S:1500.04.V.EA28
Kernel: 2.6.29
Firmware 2.1-update 1.

Everything went perfect. No troubles at all. I did take a moment and refreshed my samsung drivers from their website for my Win 7 machine before I started. I don't know if this helped or not.

you'll be fine as long as you flash the EB01 modem first, than superclean and wipe wipe wipe.

DL09 is not necessary as an intermediate step.

Also, Adrynalyne, can wireless tether be used with your EB01?
