uhh, what do you mean it didn't work? You would have had to remove or rename the old radio zip from your sd card first before you try and flash the GB radios through bootloader.

i deleted old radio, installed new on thru hboot. still stuck. recovering to try again. do you have to flash the rom first?

I think I lost you back there. All you needed to do was to flash the GB radios first, once that was done you then delete the zip from the sd card. Boot back into recovery and wipe data/caches 2-3 times minimally. Then flash the ROM= Happy times

What do I need to do to switch from 4.01 - 5. Have been running 4.01 for 24 hours overclocked to 1.4 ghz with absolutely no problems. I couldn't open a pdf attachment but it might have been the file itself. Anyone else gone from 4.01 - 5? What should I expect?

I figure I would give this a try and things went ok booting up installing the radio . But have noticed some back light issues with the bottoms flickering, and even text on the screen jumping around a bit. The camera works when over clocked but still choppy. Over performence on general is ok , got a few force closes on a few things . Will be nice when finished and themed . But for now I'm going back to 1.63 with thue dark horse theme. And battery life seems the same on both.

At 69% after 11 hours of light/moderate use. I did play n64oid roms for about an hour. I'm also using the extended battery.

try redownloading the radio. May have gotten corrupt during download

Make sure you're not trying to flash the radio from Clockwork Recovery, it has to be done by HBOOT. Rename the radio to its proper name, power off, hold down the volume down button and power on. Keep holding the volume down till it goes into hboot.

Proceed with the update suggested, and when done press the power button to restart

Also make sure its on the root of the sd card. Don't want it in a folder.

And Btw, this rom has awful battery life

My phone went from %96 to %37 after a three hour drive in a 3G area. It's 4G radio is definitely alpha phase, I was getting average of 5Mbs down and 2Mbs up. Still has worked to be done
