Neither mr2 or 2.5 seem to be bricking phones but you flash at your own risk.

@Notjustaphone - you asked in another thread if anyone noticed battery decrease with 2.5 right?
i dont notice anything different with 2.5 - except on mr2 i lost 4g for some reason (might not have been radio related at all) - so i switched to 2.5 and so far so good. 4g is consistently up, Fast gps locks, better battery life than froyo bamf rom-radio combos, the usual.

i didnt stay on pre 3 long enough to tell the difference, but pre 4 is awesome - everything looks great. some stuff doesn't work tho so if you want a daily rom i would suggest bamf 2.0-5 or 2.0-6 remix.

How do I do a full data wipe?

if you're rooted and you have rom manager, you flash recovery first from the RM app, then you boot into recovery mode, navigate to wipe data/factory reset, and select with the home key, move down to yes on the list and select that with the home key.

It's one of the options in ROM Manager. Also under the advanced options in ClockworkMod.

Apps and data have some kind of code (permissions) that makes them go together the right way, and if they don't go right sometimes you get fcs - fix permissions resets the connections between apps and their data so they'll go together again basically.

btw with bamf 2.0-5 i ran that and it changed 299 permissions.

also you can unlike posts after you've liked them.

It's my understanding that Fix Permissions restores permissions to the default.

Gingerbread Radio with this ROM

I loaded the ROM and really dig it but I had trouble with the radio. I would install the different radios provided but the only one that worked is the most recent MR2.

Personally, I would prefer a something like a smiley icon to a heart icon. Maybe a daggered heart for a dislike icon. But a Get Off My Lawn option would simply make my day.

So back on preview 4 since MR2.5 and still using it as my daily driver. That Sense 3.0 lockscreen is simply great.
